Refund Policy

As per US IRS regulations ThreeSixty has complete control and jurisdiction over all donated funds. We do our best to interpret and honor the intent of all donor designated transactions. Donations are refundable (minus a processing fee) for up to 15 days from the date of the donation. Your refund request will be processed within 7 business days. However, it may take up to an additional 15-30 business days for it to be reflected in your credit card statement.
